As we grapple with the immense impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we maintain our steadfast commitment to serving our community, to ensure we take appropriate actions regarding the health and wellness of our employees, patrons, guest, and the community at large. We help those in need to secure and maintain their housing. Our supportive housing services are rooted in the core belief that stable housing is essential for success. We provide services aimed at providing housing stability to low income seniors and families who may experience increased barriers to housing, such as:
- Low and Extremely Low Income
- Domestic Violence and/or History or Sex Trafficking
- Previous Criminal History
- Separated Families
- Previous Poor Credit History
- Unemployed or Underemployed
We provide the following services to help these populations attain and maintain their housing.
ON-SITE RESIDENT SERVICE COORDINATION
Our HUD-certified housing counselors and resident service coordinators provide on-site supportive services at a number of Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) affordable housing communities throughout the Valley of the Sun.
